Rania is an exceptional realtor with a strong drive, wonderful work ethic, very knowledgeable in all that she does. She answered any and all questions, she was very prepared with comps from our area which was much appreciated. We would use Rania again it is always a pleasure to work with someone so knowledgeable and well rounded. In what can be a stressful time Rania will be there for phone calls or meeting to make you feel more comfortable with the house buying and selling process. She went above and beyond when selling our home we are very thankful for her hard work and dedication.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Very Happy First Time Homeowners!

I write this review as my husband and I enjoy sipping coffee on our back patio, as first-time homeowners. As long term renters from another state, we had no idea where to start. Luckily a family friend knew we wanted to relocate and referred Rania to us. The first time we spoke with her, we felt at ease and knew we had not only a knowledgeable agent, but one that listened to our preferences, and would work above and beyond - educating us on homeownership, home construction, schools, neighborhoods, zoning, etc.

 With the hot market in 2020, we started touring homes while still out of state, having virtual tours with Rania, who took her time to point out details we may not have noticed via a phone screen. We took the plunge and decided to head to Tampa Bay before finding "our home" and Rania continued to dedicate herself to helping us - reassuring us along the ups and downs of multiple offers - that when we find the right home, it’ll all work out. As difficult as it was to hear this advice at times, she was right.

 We recently closed on a home that ticked all our boxes, with our must haves and even wish list items, within budget, and in the location we desired. But her services did not stop there. Rania walked us through the entire closing process, step-by-step, answering questions, offering assurance, and making helpful recommendations post move-in. On closing day, I am happy to announce she was our first guest. I will be forever grateful for Rania’s knowledge and work ethic. If not for her, I cannot imagine that we would be where we are today and look forward to recommending her to others who have the same dream of homeownership.
